Our Story

The company was founded in 1994 in Sindos, Thessaloniki and is specialized in the trade of electrical, industrial and lighting equipment. At the same time the company has expanded its activity in the field of development and production of electrical panels with the brand name ENERGON TM. In addition, following the technological developments in the field of energy, TECHNOMAT has focused its interest on environmentally friendly production technologies such as solar panels, electromobility and smart home. In 2021, the company with the aim to provide the best lighting solutions to its consumers and to offer consultancy to architects and decorators, founded the department WELIGHT.

“TECHNE”: is a term, etymologically derived from the Greek word τέχνη [texne], that is an art, skill, or craft; a technique, principle, or method by which something is achieved or created.
The 3 last letters (MAT) represent the names of the founders who set the vision of the company
