The safety lights of the Weather Light family are Olympia Electronics' proposal for the provision of safety lighting and signage in harsh environmental conditions.

Designed for use in industrial and factory or commercial applications as well as outdoors, the Weather Light family of luminaires provide increased protection against impact and foreign body/water ingress through the design with IK08 and IP65 degrees of protection. In addition, there is a version that has supercapacitors instead of conventional batteries which is suitable for use in environments with very low temperatures or increased electromagnetic interference.

The high-brightness 4P and 6P versions are used to provide security lighting in large spaces with high ceilings, while there are versions with 1.5, 3 or 8 hours of autonomy.

The Weather Light family of security lights can be converted to double-sided ceiling marker lights using the A-1017 or A-9100 plastic triangles, while the GR-9XX series lights can be mounted as single-sided ceiling marker lights via the A-bracket -9000. In addition, the self-controlled luminaires of the GR-19XX series can be controlled remotely via the A-1900 magnetic control card.
