The pliable corrugated conduit COSMOFLEX® HEAVY is the ideal solution for external electrical installation, underground networks, industrial sites as well as acidic and alkaline environments. It assembles perfectly with the COSMOTUBE® accessories (couplings, push-fit elbows, T-joints, elbows, 90° bends, snap conduit supports, omega clips) the COSMOTUBE® HEAVY straight conduit and with the watertight boxes, switches and sockets into the ideal Electrical Installation Conduit System with sealing ability IP 65.

COSMOFLEX® HEAVY, is produced in light grey RAL 7035 from specially stabilized U-PVC, self-extinguishing, highly resistant to flame, corrosion and the Ultra Violet (UV) radiation. This corrugated conduit is very flexible while maintaining its original diameter. The specially designed internal spirals ensure minimal friction to the electrical wires and thus significantly reducing the installation time. The classification code according to EN 61386.22 is 4441; corresponding in resista-nce to compression force of 1250N, impact strength of 6Joule for installations at temperatures -25°C up to +60°C.
